Hi Tamara, thank you for your honest feedback about your experience. Unfortunately parcels occasionally do go missing in the post but we will always investigate this and move to remedy the situation as quickly as we can when we are made aware of it.
Further to your conversation with our Customer Service team on 2nd November, the stamper was remade and dispatched on 4th November and I can confirm that it is currently showing as on its way in the Royal Mail system - for which I will shortly email you the tracking details.
Unfortunately once parcels leave us, they are at the mercy of Royal Mail, and while they normally promise international delivery between 5-7 working days, they are unfortunately running much slower delivery times at the moment due to Covid. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience and delay but I hope your stamper will be with you shortly.
