I'm very sorry to read that you have not yet had your order. I can see that it was despatched to the store on 12th June. The store staff usually call to let customers know that their orders are ready, however, it appears this wasn’t the case in this instance. You should also have received an email to the same effect at the same time, although, I can see that this wasn’t created by the system as it should have been either.Please accept my sincere apologies and my assurances that your order is available for collection from the Mickleover store at your convenince.

Our own Alph & Betty collection of bags, cushions, aprons and baby gifts are lovingly designed and made at our Burton-on-Trent studio and are all created to allow for the addition of embroidered or printed personalization.
