Product arrived promptly but damaged. Have emailed company 2 days ago but had no response / acknowledgement - very poor customer service

Once contact was made the issue was resolved promptly and a replacement product was provided. I was ultimately very happy with the service and would use them again.

Our own Alph & Betty collection of bags, cushions, aprons and baby gifts are lovingly designed and made at our Burton-on-Trent studio and are all created to allow for the addition of embroidered or printed personalization.
