Upon review of the file I can see that we received the claim from our client on 22nd February, with the works being completed by 29th February. Throughout this process, we kept you informed on the progress, including updates on the allocation of our contractor, receipt of their report, confirmation of work authorisation, and a follow up upon completion to ensure your satisfaction.
