It's a tricky decision for any small business to make but we prefer to keep the cost of our product as low as possible rather than increasing prices to compensate for "free" return shipping. We do offer free tracked shipping on orders totalling over £50, as you've seen, and any exchanges would be sent out free of charge. For peace of mind, if your product is found to be faulty, our friendly customer service team will always sort out a replacement or supply a free returns label. Thanks again, Heather
