Correct width for neck but collar and buckled too chunky need more info on buckle sizes and thickness of leather going from rolled leather part to wide leather part

Although a small size I found it too clumpy for my puppy and not very soft. The twist from where the leather goes from flat to rolled doesn't look very comfortable for my long haired dog.
