Noisy. People arguing at night when I'm trying to sleep, people stomping with heavy feet on 2nd floor. Staff is kind, residents are not, they are the usual city dwelling problem-makers.

The first time we stayed here we had a lovely room - very clean. The second time we stayed here, the room wasn't as nice. It had a horrible cheap perfume odor that stayed for hours ... perhaps to mask

The toilet paper holder fell off the wall first time toilet was used. There were old blood stains on the sheets. Our room was better maintained the first time we stayed here
