We have done our investigation and found out that truly your order was sent out on Thursday 22nd for you to receive on the 23rd, which was unfortunately not delivered by DPD as expected but delivered on the 24th of August by 14:29pm which must have been part of the reason you received the meat in that state.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. To make it right we've resolve to offer two option for compensation. First is to do a redelivery for the meats or we offer you a shopping voucher of £22.98 for the meats which will be sent to you via email soon and can used on your next purchase with us.
Kindly let us know your preference for either of this.
