We're sorry to read you found our appointing process frustrating - our engineers' diaries can be quite complex depending on time of year and location, and so we have a dedicated planning team who continually work on getting you a survey and installation date as soon as we can. We are always looking to improve our level of service and will of course feed your constructive comments back to the relevant teams for review. However, we are glad to hear that you were happy with your installer and your Insect Screens - especially the ClearVu mesh which we agree is incredibly discreet! I am sorry that we have not met your expectations and for the concern this has caused. I understand that our installation was due to take approximately 7 hours to complete with our arrival time being between 8-11am, I am sorry if the estimated timescales were unclear in our appointment letter. We are making arrangement for the engineer to return to finish off the installation as expected.
