We absolutely refute the comments made because of the following reasons. This order was for pleated window blinds in our popular crush fabric in two colours. We only supply premium quality fabric and when we manufacture blinds we keep a small sample swatch of the actual fabric used to make each order. When you raised your concerns we compared our manufacturing swatch against the fabric sample used by our Design Consultants to confirm that they were the same. We also confirmed that there had been no change in specification from our suppliers and compared the manufacturing sample swatch against several batches of fabric, again this showed no difference. We have confirmed that the fabric used to manufacture the blinds meets this specification and matched the samples shown. The blinds were ordered and made exactly as specified which is why we are happy to support them under the terms of your guarantee and are confident that they will provide you with many years great service.
