I would like to assure you that we strive to offer all our customers a very high level of service including the installation work carried our by our representatives. Unfortunately, on this occasion we let you and ourselves down by falling short of our normally high standards. Your installation has been inspected by a Senior Manager who confirms that since the remedial work has been carried out you have a standard installation and we therefore reiterate the contents of our letter of December 2012. I am sorry that there was a need to carry out the initial remedial works, however I trust you will enjoy the benefits from your blinds in the years to come.
