Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the colour of the insect screens. When a special one off colour is requested we use the RAL colour chart system, however it is difficult to provide an exact colour match especially when the paint/spray is being applied to different types of materials, i.e. metal, plastic, wood etc. I appreciate that we needed to return to install a screen as the original product was faulty, however I trust now the installation is complete you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the insect screens in the coming years.
