When your order was registered, the Guarantee, Order Confirmation and Care and Maintenance instructions were sent to you via email. It is possible that these emails may have gone to your spam folder. I have arranged for replacements to be sent to you.
At the point of installation, we would have asked if you were happy for the pictures to be used for marketing purposes. We fully understand if you do not wish them to be used and have taken the appropriate action to ensure they are not published.
I have asked a member of the Customer Service team to contact you regarding the issues you are experiencing with the remote control.
