I'm afraid the product is just too cheaply made for me, both items broke within the first week of receiving them. Which is a huge shame as the designs of the lettered bracelet and necklace are lovely

the necklace broken at the first time I wear it. and the return would cost a lot on postage so I just leave it.

Only managed to get 3 months wear out of it, before it snapped in the middle! Very disappointed. I know that it isn't priced at a king's ransom, but even so, very low quality.
