Well as rhe bin arrived broken on Friday I have asked for it to be returned and full refund as I don't think it will withstand daily life in a busy kitchen if it's a ready broken on arrival

We were obviously very sorry to hear that your bin arrived with one of the buckets broken. The bin was ordered on a Thursday and delivered on Friday. You advised us on the Saturday that the bin had arrived in a damaged condition and we offered you the option of a replacement, choosing an alternative product or a refund. Your have opted for the latter and we will arrange for collection of the bin at our cost and once collected we will process your refund in full. If there is anything more we should do please let us know.
