Sorry to hear you had such a difficult experience with your delivery. We use Interlink Express for our delivery service because they have the best choice of flexible delivery options. Over 99% of our customers are pleased with the delivery service and options that we provide. We do understand that when you're out at work all day that it's a challenge to arrange deliveries, but we will always help to get things organised and redirect deliveries until you've received your bin. We can only do this, however, if you let us know! In this instance we noticed that there had been two missed deliveries and sent 3 emails and 3 text messages regarding the timing of the deliveries and the options open to you. We're sorry if the texts sounded curt, we were just trying to make them short and we're very friendly really! We also asked you to contact us if you were experiencing difficulties so that we could help in making alternative arrangements, but we didn't hear anything from you. We understand that you chose to collect the item from a Doddle parcel shop and sorry to hear that you found it difficult to find this at the station. More importantly we are sorry that your bin arrived with a small dent and we have now phoned you to arrange a replacement and to have this sent at a time that will work for you. Jane
