We're sorry that the Hailo Duo bin arrived dented. This can happen sometimes, and we always replace or refund the purchase as we've already done for you. We can completely understand that when a perfectly serviceable bin is dented in transit, it's very disappointing and also makes the product seem less durable than it actually is. But it's important to remember that the heavy knocks and crushing that can happen in sorting depots, vans etc are not what the product should come up against at home! We've asked Hailo to add extra packing to the Trento bins and thank you for sending this comment to us, so that we can work on reducing the chance of damage in transit. Jane

Thank you for your kind comments and it's great to hear you're enjoying using your Simplehuman recycling bin. Before you have a top quality bin like this, you can't quite imagine that you will get pleasure from using it. There is a lot of enjoyment, however, in sorting out your recycling easily, changing the liners without a fight, having the peace and quiet of a soft-close lid, and not forgetting looking at the bin and thinking what a great addition it is to your kitchen.
