Binipolis were super fast in delivery of my Simplehuman bin and really helpful in dealing with a problem with it.

We're really sorry that you've received a dented bin, but we never leave a customer with a faulty product and we always want to know if something needs to be put right! A new bin is on its way to you which has been checked over before despatch. All Simplehuman bins are beautifully built, with great pedal mechanisms as you say, and the steel is of high quality and is durable in everyday use. Sometimes, however, any bin dropped or bashed in transit can be dented and if this happens we will always provide a replacement. You should have a perfect bin soon and please let us know that all is well. Jane

Arrived next day after ordering 12:50 the day before. I had to 'phone to get my payment to go through by was answered promptly by very helpful agent.

Sturdy, smart and easy to fit is a perfect description of the Wesco In-cupboard bins, which is why we only sell this type. They're not the cheapest out there, but you really get what you pay for with these excellently-built products. Your Double Boy recycler should give you years of great service. Jane
