Thank you for your feedback but we will have to agree to disagree with your suggestion that the parking instructions were unclear. We sent clear instructions via email 2 days prior to your arrival and furthermore there is a wooden parking sign clearly marked "Waterwitch Cottage". We have received no other comments from guests advising the instructions are not clear. We are genuinely sorry that you had an altercation with the neighbour in the adjacent cottage but since the property is not owned by us, nor do we manage it, nor is the resident employed by us, we regret we cannot be held responsible for their actions. It seems unfair that you are grading the standard of the property based on an incident with a neighbour but since you haven't mentioned any other comments about the cottage, we trust it was satisfactory. We hope that despite this unfortunate incident you still enjoyed your time in Cornwall.
