Booking process really simple. I made the initial enquiry via email and received a prompt reply. Any subsequent enquiries were also answered in a timely manner.

We’ve stayed at Green Acres Cottages several times, cottages clean & comfortable, staff great as are the booking staff who are always extremely helpful & you can talk to a human!

Booking was straight forward, even if they did need to be reminded to take the second half of the money!!

Thank you for your feedback. We do not automatically take balance payments as with guests generally booking a fair time in advance, card details can change. Also guests sometimes like to pay on a different card. Our policy is to advise guests via email a couple of days prior to the balance payment being due, asking them to contact us if they would like us to use a different card payment.

Reasonable accom. Cleaning was hit or miss. Some hairs found in en-suite and sand throughout the apartment. Was expecting to see beach views as per brochure but met with contraction work. Appreciate

This is just to acknowedge that we appreciate there were some issues surrounding your booking and we apologise for any inconvenience.
