I was told I had to confirm my flight booking Re; Boarding pass 7 days b4 departure, as much as I/We tired to do so (on Saturday) Ryanair would not accept anything we tired to input to the check-in section. I called into your Tallaght branch on Saturday morning with my husband. I sat infront of one of the girls and the first thing I said to her was 'I need a bit of help' ... I went on to explain what the problem was. I showed her what I had printed off...I asked her to look at my print off she glanced at them saying as I had booked it online there was nothing she could do...I told her Ryanair where not letting me check in for the flight..she looked at the page again and marked at the top of the page the Cassidy travel email, 'try putting that in' she said. My husband asked her could she not check on her computer. Again she said no you have to go tru the website. Very unhelpful, she had to see I was upset but she was not even willing to try check my booking. I have been since informed by my friend who came to the Library with me to help me print off my hotel voucher.That one of the pages I printed off this morning is my e-ticket !!!! and I have to show this at the Ryanair desk in the airport to check in... none of this was explained and I'm still not sure Re: shuttle bus that I have also booked. Not everyone is well up on the computer...a little kindness and understanding towards others is not so hard. One confused and stressed person...
