Many thanks for your feedback, I am sorry that you feel your experience with our online team has not gone as it should, would you be able to give me more information?
Im looking at your booking here and I can see that you booked online on our site on the 12th March, upon booking I can see that the confirmation email with all details of the booking was sent onto the email address provided at time of booking - can you advise what other information you would have like to receive?
Then on the 4th of April, I can see we sent on the hotel & transfer vouchers - both of which have yet to be opened.
