Many thanks for the feedback, we are currently looking for feedback on the online booking experience you had when booking, I have had a look at your booking and can see no notes or emails to indicate that you have experienced any issues - can you let me know if this is correct,

If I could ask you to look at the rating you have given us to see if this is correct, if not and your experience was indeed good can I please be cheeky and ask you to think about changing the rating as it does affect us.

Hi Tracey,

Many thanks for your feedback, I have looked at the history of the booking and can see that Bernard has been sending you emails regarding this.

We do send all vouchers automatically at time of booking as Bernard as mentioned the full transfer voucher was sent 08:51:38 GMT on 9th February 2016 to the email address you used at time of booking, however it was not opened.

If you could drop me an email at pkelly@cassidytravel.ie to let me know if all went well with your return transfer

Email sent and as indicated the email was opened and printed but as it did not indicate the voucher number was not good enough for the bus company in question. Hopefully my email explains this in full. If you wish to contact me further on this you can do so via email or phone Regards Tracy
