Sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with Epic4health and our service.
I did look into this and you placed your order on July 8th and it was delivered on July 13th. I know you stated it usually gets to you in 4 days but this was only 1 more day than usual. We have not changed how we ship our orders. Your order went to USPS via Priority Mail and sometimes there could be a slight delay that is totally outside of our control. We always strive to keep our customer happy and seeing a 2 star review definitely hurts, even more so from a long time customer like you!
