ADV20 Chair Trolley

We shipped the goods on 4 May and I know my colleague Maisie is looking into why the parcel has not arrived with you yet and I believe you had a telephone conversation earlier on today. We are struggling to obtain a response from our carriers which is really unacceptable. As soon as we have any updates we will let you know. Rest assured we will sort this out and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, even if we need to send a further trolley.
