Thank you for you taking time to provide your feedback and I am pleased that in spite of the wait and delivery issues, you are happy with your purchase. Now and again we have problems completing orders on the scheduled day owing to high volumes and in these rare instances we normally call customers the evening before delivery is due, to advise of the delay. Apologies that this call was not made which would have avoided you wasting time waiting for a delivery that was never going to happen. Diane Ponting

On line ordering was easy. Having to sign upon delivery was a nuisance as it meant I had to stay in all day to receive goods whereas they could have been left in a fully enclosed porch
