The delivery tracking information provided - both online and when I telephoned - was inadequate. I received no useful info of when I might expect my delivery. Nowadays 'some time between 8.30am and 5.

I am sorry that no-one was able to pin down a time for your delivery. We do offer AM deliveries and I am surprised that when you called the office you were not offered this option. If you order online the opportunity to select an AM delivery is not currently available but that would be a good improvement which we will investigate. Thank you for your feedback. As the vast majority of our folding tables are made to order because of the huge number of permutations available, our standard lead time is within 20 days of receipt of order. This information can be found on the Delivery tab on each product page. Diane Ponting
