We chased this with our carriers first thing this morning and I understand that the missing trolley has now been delivered. My colleague Sharon has agreed with Susie to call tomorrow to check that all the items have been received in good condition. Your comments have been forwarded to the carriers and we are awaiting their response. I am so sorry that you have had such a bad experience in this instance as I know you are a loyal repeat customer.
