Normally our lead time is 2 to 3 weeks but we have experienced an influx of orders for free school meals over the last couple of months, which has had a detrimental effect on our lead time. Thank you for your feedback. I am disappointed to learn that your parcel arrived in such a poor state. The trolleys are extremely well wrapped when they leave here, so the parcel must have been poorly handled by our carrier. I will pass this information on.
