Thanks so much for taking the time to leave feedback about our customer service and I'll pass on your comments to Suze! 

I'm really sorry about the group size mis-information it's really unfortunate that this info slipped through the net when the group size changed from 8 to 14. I'm glad Michael managed to offer some compensation and the group size was under 14 in the end anyway but totally understand if given the option you would have chosen the smaller group size over the refund.

We do hope that you choose Imaginative Traveller to book your next adventure and once again thanks so much for the feedback.

Hi Kate thanks for leaving feedback. I'm really sorry that you ended up buying some items on our kit lists that you didn't end up needing.  Our kit lists are only guides as our trips are all so different. 

We are now in the process of drawing up some slightly more tailored packing lists for our trips. In the meantime you're always welcome to contact us to check what kind of kit you should bring.

Thank you for your reply Helen. It really wasn't that much of an issue, and part of the problem for myself was that I have never done this type of travelling before. I would definitely book another trip through you guys- my only issue is finding the funds for all of the trips I want to do!!!! Kind regards, Kate
