Hello, thank you for your feedback. Customer service is something that we pride ourselves in and take very seriously, so I'm very sorry that you felt our service was slow. I noticed that you booked your trip in January and January and February are our busiest months for bookings and enquiries and as we are a small company, it does take us longer to get back to people than usual. I'm very sorry about this. 

We hope that you will think about travelling with us again and if there is anything I can do in the future then do let me know.

This is the 3rd holiday I have booked through Imaginative Traveller and they have all been excellent. This one was operated by Intrepid and was a really brilliant trip.

The inclusive transfer from Lima airport to hotel did not materialise as promised. Otherwise the booking procedure was problem free..The agents were most helpful and pleasantA
