Hi Steve! Thank you for your feedback. You can pause your account and payments at any time (given you provide us with 30 days notice). This means you'll keep your event maps but won't be able to access them until you upgrade again. However, you'll still maintain access to one event map, this can be edited as long as you haven't placed more than 100 objects.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback! We are so happy to hear that you are enjoying OnePlan's measuring tools when planning. You are able to add text to the map with the Tools > Visualisation > Text Box object. In the same menu, you also have the option to place a Note or Custom Text Labels! Our zooming functionality has recently been improved to ensure a smoother user experience, and will continue to be worked on to ensure the best possible experience when zooming in and out of your event plans!
