We apologise for this. A batch of our test strips were not functioning as they were supposed to be. This was identified quickly, and as far as we are aware, free of charge replacements were sent to all affected users. Using weekly and pool is good
Only used twice but definitely helps keep the pool balanced. All products added directly to the pool - no need to mess about dissolving in a bucket

Fantastic service. I ordered a large amount of poolsan for my pool. There was very little stock so poolsan sent me 2 packs immediately free of charge and then the order to follow.
