Telephoned Customer Services to check item was in stock before ordering online. They checked with the warehouse and confirmed that it was. Quick delivery too. Thanks.

Ok I eventually received my BBQ I can put the two month wait down to COVID or the Suisse canal thing but NO excuse for not just poor updates but no updates at all

Sorry you were not happy with our service. The item was delayed due to global shipping issues that were beyond our control. It was very unfortunate that the item arrived damaged but we did offer you replacement parts, collection & refund or partial refund and you opted for a partial refund. We are surprised by your low stars but we understand the disappointment.
