To be clear, we do offer returns for all glassware purchased through riedel.com and will normally refund or exchange glassware to the customers satisfaction. In excess of 95% of our customers enjoy free delivery on their purchases, however, unless there is a problem relating to the glasses or the order, we do ask that customers arrange the return and this is clearly stated on our website and visible before, during and after purchase.
