The glasses were ordered from our website on 18th July on pre-order basis, ahead of release, with first availability in August (as also advised by email). As soon as the new glasses became available, at the end of August, we were happy to advise you that your order could be shipped, and we did so immediately on a next working day delivery basis. We are sorry for the wait, but feel this was clear in advance, however, where time is of the essence, we do offer hundreds of styles of glasses, available from stock, on a next day delivery basis and are always happy to help our customers at any time to choose from the very many different options.
