Hello, Many thanks for your order. Size UK 7.5 and Euro 42 can be seen on the box next to the Bauer box size 7. It’s this UK and Euro size that matches what you ordered rather than the Bauer box size. I hear what you’re saying in regards to the Euro size being slightly off from a normal size chart, we have to go by the sizes that Bauer put on the box. We do advise that they come up big in size. When we scan and fit customers in store who wear a UK 8 shoe they will go away with a Bauer UK 6.5 or 7.5…. so one or two sizes down. When using the skates you should wear a very thin pair of socks, lace up tight which will pull your foot back into the boot… your toes should then be touching the end of the toe cap. So unlike trainers you should not have any negative space in hockey skates which can lead to numerous issues. Ordering the correct skate size online can often be a nightmare, I apologies for any aggro.
