Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback on the trolleys. They do get a lot of use and I agree that an upgrade is in order which we are now looking into. We want to make the whole customer experience 5 star so we really do appreciate the opportunity to change things that aren`t quite right.

But don’t worry, our contracts are flexible, so you can scale up and down as you need. Our team of storage experts are on hand to give you advice on packing and storing your things, and we are happy to liaise with removers too. Each facility even has its own on-site Box Shop so you can stock up on packing materials. All storage rooms are individually alarmed and protected with 24h CCTV and smoke and fire alarms.
