Thank you for your detailed feedback. I understand your frustration with costs when downsizing units. Loyalty is important to us, and we have many long-term and loyal customers. We have a fair pricing policy which means that our unit rates are set at the beginning of the year and both existing customers and new customers pay the same rate for new or additional units. We hope this was made clear to you when you downsized units. Following your review, we have improved our procedures so that customers who downsize are specifically informed about how the costing works. In answer to your billing concerns, we charge units weekly and invoice every 4 weeks. Most customers we’ve talked to like the weekly billing because it allows for greater flexibility such as when ending a contract, (we only ask for 2 weeks’ notice to end a contract). As far as we can see there is no difference between the overall yearly costs between billing every 4 weeks or every calendar month, the yearly total would be the same.
