Hi, I'm so sorry that you weren't happy with service you received. I have checked back to your order and can see that although you left a really lovely message, you didn't leave your name on the card. We only include the shipping information on our paperwork of who the item is being sent to rather than the sender - that way the surprise is extra special when they open it :) Maybe we should make it clearer on our site for the sender to leave their name in the message card box on our site. What do you think?
