Haven't received the Hamper yet even though it was supposed to be delivered on Monday 30th November it is now Thursday 3rd December. Have enquired as to where it is but have heard nothing!

We're really sorry to hear this. I can see since our email conversation, the parcel was delivered on the 4th December. Royal Mail has been a little overloaded at the moment so some parcels have been taking a little longer than usual. Once again sincere apologies for the wait.

Thank you for replying to my feedback. The Hamper has indeed been delivered and the recipients were very pleased with it. They loved the personalised charm especially as its Christmas and they can hang it on their tree. Thank you again I have updated my rating to Excellent as it was Royal Mail that let your service down.

Really lovely, high quality gift hampers. A little bit different than the standard baby gift hamper. I have used twice now, and feedback has always been very positive.
