We are very sorry that you we're happy with our service. You parcel was sent out to your recipient via our Royal Mail system and was accepted by them despite only a partial address being supplied. Upon physical delivery they obviously decided the address wasn't sufficient, and returned the parcel back to us.
We have contacted you about re-delivery of the gift but have not had a response. If you would like to confirm that you would like this re-sending out, we will just need confirmation of the address and will re-send it 1st class at no cost to yourself. Best wishes Chloe
