We're very sorry that your order did take a little longer than usual, this was due to Royal Mail delays over the Christmas holiday :( hopefully they might be a little more organised next Christmas! ;)

Excellent, the only feed-back I would have is when I tried to call there was no answer, this was around 4:30pm on a weekday. I needed to make an order and had a question.
