We are sorry to hear about your experience.We perform 128 point checks on all of our cars before they leave us, and if the car is not up to scratch, as the Volvo was not, we would not be happy letting you drive a car that is not up to our standards. If complications arise this can take time to rectify, which is why you were given the option of another car as the wait time would have been more than we would have expected of you to partake in. Every car also comes with an independent MOT before they are ready to be collected/delivered, so this can sometimes also cause delays, particularly with current circumstances.I have spoken to the team to chase the cheque you have mentioned and would like to apologise this has not reached you yet and will be following up with a replacement.I understand you are currently in talks with our support team to get the complications with your car resolved and we will look to continue to help you with this.
