Thank you for your review, we pride ourselves on customer service so it is great to hear that our staff are friendly and you found the communication was great! We understand that it is not ideal when your provisional date is moved this is due to us not releasing a vehicle to a customer until it is ready and meets our high standards. Which is why we advise that provisional dates are not set in stone and not to make any arrangements until the booking date has been confirmed, we do however aim to have every vehicle ready by this date.

Hi Sam, We apologise for the inconvenience that has been caused, this vehicle did not meet our usual high standards and because of that we have reviewed our vehicle preparation process and retraining has been applied to ensure this does not happen.
