Order over £50 therefore free delivery. Got stung for rapid delivery +£5, not required, as default automatically went here when checking out on-line. Wouldn't use again as competitors cheaper

Im sorry to hear you didnt like our service. To explain the situation to you the price for delivery is automatic from the weights of the products ordered. As you ordered 2 locks and keys these needed to go via FedEx as Royal Mail would have been too expensive and slower. As with most sites we do not offer free delivery on orders of £70. Sorry you were not happy with the service and thank you for your feedback.
