Even though the first guitar I received had a bad finish Andertons were really easy to talk to and organised a replacement with absolutely no hassle.

We had a slight hitch with delivery of my guitar after a stock mix up but I was kept advised with the "real" story at every step. You can't ask for more than that when the odd thing goes wrong! Good

I’m really sorry that you didn’t enjoy your experience in our Guildford store. The summer/autumn part of 2011 saw a massive refit of the Guildford store, and during this time we were a little chaotic! I’m pleased to say that the refit is now complete & the store is much easier to navigate now. Our stock room is also larger & more organised than before, meaning we should see a substantial reduction in the sort of problems you have reported.
