Thank you for leaving us some feedback & I’m sorry to hear that your guitar was not dispatched on the right day. I am aware that our current system defaults to getting items dispatched asap, and that when a customer asks for a specific/later delivery date, we rely on human intervention to stop the item going earlier. Fast shipping, right model of guitar but wrong colour/wood finish! Only because my son actually preferred it that no issue raised.

I completed my transaction with Andertons over the phone and via the internet they were very helpful and very responsive I would deal with them again no problem.
