Thanks for leaving us some feedback on your recent guitar purchase, and I’m sorry that we were not able to look after you better on the day you came in. We have undergone a major recruitment drive this summer & have increased the number of sales staff we employ to over 30 people. This means that even during holidays, or at peak time we should always be able to have someone to help every customer. Thank you sir for leaving some feedback on your recent bass purchase. I’m sorry that you experienced a problem with the knobs on the bass & I hope it wasn’t too much trouble to fix. Have shopped at Andertons on several occasions and always found them helpful and nice people to deal with. Prices are usually on a par with, or slightly better than many other places.
