The product is excellent but the service on the day was poor. Staff took an extremely long time to find the goods. They did apologise and it was in the middle of the refit but we were hanging around

Thank you sir for taking the time to provide us with feedback. The store did become a little chaotic during the refit. The purpose of the refit was to create a better shopping experience for the customer and as part of that our stock room and replenishment system is much more organised now than it was prior to the refit.
